We all know what leadership means. And once again, leadership is understood as the logical act of benefit to the people (members, team, and circumstances). There is no need when a leader has a lot of knowledge, character, family descend and the way of leading itself instead is generally viewed and expected by those people. Leaders are clever, proactive, intelligent, wealthy and creative sources, Why do people admit someone when he can not afford to provide benefits for the people? There are surely not less than most of our top leaders are high-level, loyal, smart and prestigious; however, ironically, uncountable people are still in the status of ‘poor’ and ‘illiterate’. How come? We all confess that the status is problem to overcome. And of course we all think, and speak differently, figuring out to get the best solution, and things to do, and so on, while, no action to take (how embarrassing!).

Hence, people only need a person who can ensemble all the ideologies expressed, herewith called a leader. The leader (expected) is someone who is the heart of the people. The leader who lives because the people live: because he is ‘alive and dynamic’ (not dead or static). This kind of person is who those people wish to entrust their thought to. The living leader, by viewing the way of leadership is carried out, is also demanded to have humble heart, high hope, and huge result. Most of the leaders that is considerably right for people is born from people's heart through the bottom of the supported people dead and brought up by the people's love and support and remembered after all.

However, a leader who only relies on standard management will remain fade away. He only plays a role in classical style, without improvising. Mentioned above, a leader is supposed to be active and proactive, expert on management functionality; refining business processes, dismantling inappropriate organization structure, creating new procedures, and so on. Relying on his own heart will be successful in the eyes of the people. When these people love him, they bring change for the sake of him and his people, and give the best results for all.
